Floral Wall Decor

Hello Everyone!! Looking for some bright and attractive DIY wall decor? The arrangement of flowers on canvas would be a great wall decor to your living room... 😊

Paper flowers are attractive and add beauty to any occasion. Flowers are always delightful and make us feel fresh. I made this bunch of flowers for my princess's first birthday celebration. After the celebration, had a thought to create something for my living room.

1. For this project all you need is canvas, paper flowers, acrylic paints, paint brushes and glue gun.

Paint the canvas with white color and let it for drying. Write "Welcome" with the color of your favorite. Then Glue the flowers on canvas using glue gun.

2. Create different size of dots with the unsharpened end of the pencil, sharpened end of pencil and toothpick. You may also use other dotting tools based on the size you need.

3. Complete the dotting and leave it for drying.

I love the end result. Bright colored flowers would also be a great wall decor. It will brighten up our living space.The bright and pretty flowers are the best to welcome the spring.

Mini Magnets With Foam Sheets

     Looking for some adorable DIY crafts? These mini magnets are easy to make and super way to decorate your home. Sharing a tutorial of making this project using foam sheets... I love to make crafts with foam sheets for its soft and smooth texture... 😊 

     Its always a pleasure to make crafts for kids. My son always has a bunch of flyers to stick on the fridge. I'm also used to hang few stuffs. Had a thought to make something colorful and attractive to decorate my kitchen. My son was pretty happy with the outcome... 😊 Check out the tutorial.

1. For this project all you need is Foam Sheets, Glue, Magnets, Pencil, Eraser, Scissor, Markers and Canvas(optional). I used canvas as a base.

2. Cut out a square piece of foam sheet and glue it on the canvas. Then cut the shapes of your desired design.

3. Place the pieces, position appropriately and glue it on the base. 

4. Enhance the appearance of the design with markers. Glue a round magnet to the back of the canvas. Allow the glue to dry before you use. Now a cute bird magnet is ready to hold your stuff... 🐦

     Kolam is an artistic creation, traditionally made with rice flour or white kolam powder... Kolams are a symbol of auspiciousness... Every morning, people draw kolam on the front entrance of their home to welcome Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of prosperity...  

     Kolams include curves and loops... It boosts our creativity and keeps us active throughout the day... 😊 For festive occasions the kolams are drawn with wet rice flour... and people will draw a large pattern of kolam with more intricate designs... It will be attractive and the thick lines make the appearance of kolam bold and nice...

I've created a fusion kolam designs with kolam powder and flowers... 🌸🌼🌻 A great way to decorate your home for any festive occasions... 😊

     Flowers are itself beautiful and kolam made of flowers is incomparable... 🌹🌻🌼 The red roses are very attractive and beautiful... 🌹🌹 The silky and shiny petals add beauty and grace to the kolam...

Whenever I post a kolam on my page, use to have a few requests on kolams for beginners... The simple kolams take me to the childhood days... 😊

Warli Dance - Wall Decor

Warli Dance

Warli Art... as I always say one of my most favorite art... The Warli designs can be a beautiful wall decor... I love to try various designs... Here I've come with a new design... 😊  

In this design I've incorporated the group dance by Warlis and the Warlis with musical instruments... 

Here, sharing a few pictures of this design...

1. Used sharpie markers on normal drawing sheet... Wanted to try something new design... Hence included the group dance around the corners.

4. Create the border to make the art more beautiful. It enlightens the art.
